Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Cancellation Terms

At NÓS ALBANIA, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for both our guests and our business. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Period

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to their check-in date. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund, including any deposits paid at the time of booking.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund. This is due to the high likelihood of the room remaining vacant, impacting our operations.

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date and fail to notify us will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
